Rhinoplasty

Many patients who are interested in remodeling their noses are usually self-aware of the size and shape of their nose or have had a change as a result of trauma. Since it is a three-dimensional structure in the center of the face, the proportions should also blend into the context of the face.

1. Closed rhinoplasty

Incisions are made inside the nose, the sugeon first separates the soft tissues of the nose from the underlying structures, then remodels the cartilage and bone.

2. Open rhinoplasty

A small incision is performed across the columella (the piece of skin separating the nostrils), the skin in the lower third of the nose is elevated and the cartilage and bone exposed and reshaped.
